Explore World Heritage Ujung Kulon

Located at the southwestern tip of Java, Ujung Kulon is one of the world’s most pristine natural ecosystem and Indonesia’s prime national park that is home of the critically endangered one-horned Javan Rhino (rhinoceros sundaicus). Blessed with both forest and sea-coastal ecosystem, this world heritage park features a lot of exciting activities, magnificent sceneries, and fascinating close encounter with the wild.

Day 1: Jakarta – Sumur – Handeuleum island

Early morning leave Jakarta for  Labuan to meet with our ranger and proceed to Sumur as the gate of Ujung Kulon National Park. Lunch box will be provided in Sumur. Then boarding on a boat that will take us to Handeuleum island. Stop at Badul island for swimming or snorkeling (subject to weather condition). Arrive at Handeuleum island, check in national park guesthouse. In the afternoon, canoeing on Cigenter river with light trekking to Rhinos bathing place. Back to guesthouse for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 : Handeuleum island – Peucang island – Cibom - Ciramea
After breakfast continue sailing to Peucang Island. Arrive at Peucang island, Then trekking to Karang Copong on the west coast of Peucang island. Lunch at Peucang Island while watching some wildlife such as lizard and deer. Afternoon proceed to Cibom by boat and trekking to Ciramea. Free & Easy. Dinner and overnight at campsite..

Day 3: Cibom – Sumur – Labuan – Jakarta
After breakfast, sailing back to Sumur and drive to Labuan. Lunch at local restaurant in Labuan. Proceed to Jakarta via Pandeglang and Serang.

Including:

1.    Transportation from Jakarta to Sumur v.v. by air conditioned car.
2.    Chartered boat to Ujung Kulon.
3.    English speaking guide.
4.    Porter for camping equipment and logistic.
5.    Accommodation as per above itinerary or similar.
6.    Meals: 2x breakfast, 3x lunch, 2x dinner
7.    Camping equipment (tent, mats, sleeping bag, lighting)
8.    Cooking equipment.
9.    Dining equipment.
10.    National park entrance fee.
11.    Parking and toll highway fees.

Excluding:
Air ticket, airport tax, insurance, personal expenses and services not mentioned above.
